does it all. He plays a critical role in the development team and organization. Venkat Guntipally is one such scrum master
who has earned extensive experience in different stages of SDLC.
Venkat Guntipally is an ardent
professional in the sphere of Information Technology. He has attained expertise
in his domain of practice, and this makes him reliable for discovering, putting

Throughout these years, he has attained experiential experience in
the development, design, and management of software products. He plays an
essential role in the execution of software projects in various industries. It
includes healthcare, financial, and human resources industries.
He specializes in various areas, the list of which includes his
proficiency in designing, creating, as well as handling different initiatives
from the primary stage of inception till its execution. He is a trustworthy
name for various other areas, which include system integration, web
architectures, product development, and offshore team management.
He is also an expert in web-based enterprise solutions and
Software-as-a-Service along with the use of .NET, Java/J2EE, as well as SOA
technologies. Apart from it, the list of his major strengths includes

&leadership, and guiding team members.
Well, reaching his current position was not an overnight act. He
started his journey after grasping every basic of this field. For it, he began
with his B. Tech from Nagarjuna University. Later, he went on to earn his M.
Tech from Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University.
He began his professional journey as a software engineer at Tera
Software Pvt. Ltd. He then served Starlet System and SoftPro Systems Ltd, at
the same job role. Later, he joined GE Healthcare as its Technical Lead.
Venkat Guntipally then joined forces with Quantros, Inc., as the Technical
Lead. Well, those were his industrious efforts that built his way of reaching
the position of Technical Project Manager. Later, he left this company and went
on to join Consensus Corporation. It was only here that he got the chance to
play the critical role of Scrum Master.
After this, Venkat Guntipally began
serving Gap Inc, as the Scrum Master/ Iteration Manager. Most recently, he has
served AT&T Labs, Inc., at the position of the Scrum Master. Over the period
of his career, he continued staying encouraged. It was a result of his
continuous focus on learning more and more.
